Why Aether is different
Most agents come with features. Aether builds itself around you.
Instead of making you choose from a fixed list of abilities, Aether learns how you work, adds what your goals require, and becomes more useful every time you use it.
It learns automatically.
It notices your corrections, remembers what works, and uses those lessons the next time.
It builds new abilities by itself.
It does not need every ability built in from the start. When something is missing, Aether can create or improve a tool. You can see what it added.

Why “Many” is in the name
The future should have many different agents, owned by many different people.
Powerful agents should not all come from one company’s blueprint. Every person and company should be able to grow an agent around their own goals and keep control of what it becomes.
Those agents should be able to help one another and share what they learn without one platform owning all of them.
Q&A
When can I use Aether Many?
Aether Many is coming soon. It is under development, and the first public version will appear in the GitHub repository when it is ready.
What does “learns from you” actually mean?
Aether can remember your preferences, look back at past work, learn from your corrections, improve its instructions, and build reusable tools. It can still learn the wrong lesson, so important changes must stay visible and easy to correct.
How is this different from OpenClaw or Hermes?
OpenClaw and Hermes are mature agents you can install now. Aether brings automatic learning, self-built abilities, work with other agents, and layered protections together around one goal: becoming an extension of its owner.
How does Aether protect private information?
Aether separates the part that learns from the part that protects you. It checks actions that can send data away, records important actions, and requires review before powerful changes. Connected AI models and tools can still send data away, so no system can remove every risk. These protections have not had a public security audit yet.
Will the public version be free and open source?
A free public GitHub release is the plan. The exact license has not been selected, so the site does not claim more than that yet.
Does Aether require one AI model?
No. The private Aether can use different AI model providers. The public version is also meant to let you replace models without losing what your agent has learned and built.
Why call it Aether Many?
Because the goal is not one perfect agent for everyone. It is many agents that grow differently, stay under their owners’ control, and help one another when useful.
