This is a future capability. Automated dealings with other people’s agents are not available yet.

What complete ownership includes
Your stored data and memory. Your agent’s personality, instructions, and abilities. The software that runs it. Its hosting, and ultimately the model itself.
Choosing a hosted model provider does not give you ownership of that model or remove its rules. Our goal is the option to run models you control, too. Exact public license and migration details will accompany the release.

What would “collaborative” change in my day?
Less time repeating context, forwarding updates, and checking who is doing the next step. The planned workforce lets specialist Aethers pass work to each other and bring human colleagues the decisions that need them. Further ahead, your Aether could coordinate with other people’s agents on your behalf.
Can I set up an AI workforce today?
The company service is planned after the Community Edition release. We intend to start with hands-on setup around actual company work, then build the shared view for coordinating and supervising those employees. The workflow examples on this page illustrate that direction; they are not a live product demo.
Do I need to train an AI model to get started?
No. The first company specialists are planned to use existing models with your company’s instructions, knowledge, tools, and workflows. Company-specific training comes later, where it can demonstrate better results or lower costs. Company-controlled specialist models are a long-term goal.
What does owning my Aether mean?
It means control of the agent’s stored memory, instructions, tools, software, and hosting. Aether’s mission extends to the model itself. Owning your agent software does not mean you own a model accessed through an API.
Can a model provider still limit my agent?
Yes. A hosted model provider can restrict or withdraw its own service. Provider choice reduces reliance on one service; it does not remove the provider’s rules. The long-term goal is the option to run models you control, subject to their licenses and your hardware.
Can I change models without starting over?
The public edition is intended to keep your stored memory and tools when you switch compatible models. This is a design goal, not a published migration guarantee. A different model may behave differently and need different resources.
When can I use Aether Many?
A private instance is in use, but the Community Edition has not been publicly released. It is the next step, followed by company workforces and the shared management view. Follow the GitHub repository for release news. No release dates are set.
What does “learns from you” actually mean?
Your Aether can remember your preferences, look back at past work, learn from your corrections, improve its instructions, and build reusable tools. It can still learn the wrong lesson, so important changes must stay visible and easy to correct.
What is Aether focused on?
Helping you get work done with other people: remembering the context, carrying work forward, and learning how you like things done. Company workforces and, later, dealings with other people’s agents extend that idea. Your knowledge and control should stay with you as you delegate more.
How does your Aether protect private information?
Your Aether separates the part that learns from the part that protects you. It checks actions that can send data away, records important actions, and requires review before powerful changes. Connected AI models and tools can still send data away, so no system can remove every risk. These protections have not had a public security audit yet.
Will the public version be free and open source?
The Community Edition is planned to be free. Its license will be published with the public release.
Does your Aether require one AI model?
No. Your Aether can use different AI model providers. The public version is also meant to let you replace models without losing what your Aether has learned and built.
Why call it Aether Many?
Because each person and company should own the agent they depend on. The agents can develop differently and work together while remaining under their own owners’ control.
